Thank you for your interest in hosting high quality CPD courses or evening lectures at your facility.

Requirements for Hosting courses: word pdf
Hosting one of our courses entitles the course hosts to FREE place(s), depending on the specific course.
Health Education Seminars are responsible for:
- The advertising and marketing costs of the course
- Clinician’s expenses (hotel, travel, food etc.)
- Clinician’s honorarium
- HES will handle all registrations, confirmations, certifications, etc
- HES will provide 1 course manual per delegate.
Course hosts are responsible for:
- Prepare course venue for lecture and practical components
- Adequate function space per clinician’s set-up requirements
- Purchasing & providing refreshments (tea, coffee, squash, biscuits etc)
- Audio/Visual equipment per clinician’s requirements
- Provide HES with driving directions and maps to the facility, to be sent to delegates
- A staff member to facilitate at the course (i.e.- check participants in, hand out materials, etc.)
There are minimum requirements in terms of equipment for all courses. |
