  • Tendon anatomy, pathology & pain mechanisms, imaging
  • Aetiology of tendon injury
  • Assessment – diagnosis and re-assessment markers
  • Conservative and surgical treatment – current evidence
  • Tendinopathy patient profiles - assessment & rehab
  • The management package & further patient profiles

Practical sessions (PLEASE BRING SHORTS!)

  • Differential diagnosis - special tests, palpation
  • Loading assessment - pain, kinetic chain function
  • Eccentric training
  • Rehabilitation for successful return to work/sport
  • Manual therapy adjuncts in the management of tendinopathy
