- Tendon anatomy, pathology & pain mechanisms, imaging
- Aetiology of tendon injury
- Assessment – diagnosis and re-assessment markers
- Conservative and surgical treatment – current evidence
- Tendinopathy patient profiles - assessment & rehab
- The management package & further patient profiles
Practical sessions (PLEASE BRING SHORTS!)
- Differential diagnosis - special tests, palpation
- Loading assessment - pain, kinetic chain function
- Eccentric training
- Rehabilitation for successful return to work/sport
- Manual therapy adjuncts in the management of tendinopathy
