Lower Limb Tendinopathy workshop

Exit M6 at Junction 31a, following signs onto the B6242, and at the roundabout turn left onto the B6243, Longridge Road, towards Longridge.

At the mini-roundabout turn left onto the B6244, Preston Road, entering Longridge.

At the roundabout take the second exit onto onto Derby Road, towards Chipping. After the Church on the left, turn left onto St. Wilfreds Terrace.
